Looking like we should be on #loveisland instead of a tennis court but it's not how it looks? Was nice to get back out on the court again with @stanwawrinka85 today. A lot has happened to both of us since we last played in Paris last year. Hopefully we are both through the worst of it. See you on Wednesday ?

“I’m not going to decide about Wimbledon until nearer the time.

Murray moved impressively and showed mental strength at key moments.

But Wawrinka had a stinker, making a host of unforced errors.

Murray broke the Swiss’ serve after a long fourth game in which his defensive skills kept the points going until his opponent faltered.

Another break gave him a cushion and he served out the first set in 29 minutes.
