If you were wondering where 15-year NBA veteran Dwyane Wade would be playing, if he’s playing, next season, you can stop.
The guard, who has sported a Heat jersey for 14 seasons since getting drafted by Miami in 2003, put rumors to bed Saturday when asked if he’s considering playing in China.
“Heat only,” Wade said to Manny Navarro of the Miami Herald. “If I play the game of basketball this year it will be in a Miami uniform. If I don’t I’ll be living in Miami or somewhere else probably.”

Wade, 36, has been contemplating his return since the Heat’s first-round exit of the 2018 Eastern Conference Finals. He averaged 16.6 points over five games, which was highlighted by a 28-point in a Game 2 win. Miami dropped the series 4-1 against Philadelphia.
