The Liverpool loanee has caught the attention of the football world after his thunderbolt shot, which was even called better than Cristiano Ronaldo's one for United in 2008, at the same venue.

Redknapp, working for Sky Sports, was shown the two free-kicks to decide which one was better and after some deliberation went with Wilson's.

He said: "You don't get bored of seeing these.

"It bamboozles the goalkeeper, he doesn't know where he's going.

"I am going to go with Harry Wilson. Both brilliant and that is what it is about,"

The Welsh international only joined the Rams this summer, but has already made quite the impact- even picking up the man of the match award for his efforts last night.

Lapping up the atmosphere at Old Trafford, and enjoying the chance to score against United, the cheeky youngster did the 'five-time celebration' a nod to his parent club Liverpool, who have won five European cups.

Prior to the game the young forward had said that every Liverpool fan and player goes to Old Trafford wanting to win, every time.

Wilson has been on the books of Liverpool since the age of nine, having made his first team debut under Jurgen Klopp in the FA Cup.

His debut for the Welsh national team set a record, as Ryan Giggs gave him the opportunity to prove himself when he was just 16 years and 208 days old.

And thanks to these experiences Frank Lampard was excited about bringing the youngster on board and after last night's performance he had every reason to be.

When he joined Derby, Lampard said: "He's going to be a crucial player for us.

"I keep talking about creativity and the importance of trying to excite the fans and he's the sort of player that can do that with the quality that he has.

"Hopefully it's a great platform for him, but on a selfish note, we have got ourselves a real quality player."

Social media erupted as Wilson found the back of the net and many praised his 'five time' celebration.

Wilson's former Liverpool youth team-mate Rhian Brewster even tweeted about the wonder goal and accompanied the tweet with lightening bolts.
