Brooks Koepka is playing as well as anyone on tour right now and he has once again found himself at the top of the leaderboard at The Northern Trust in the first round of the FedEx Cup Playoffs.

Koepka fired a 6-under 65 to move into a tie for first with Jamie Lovemark at 10 under for the tournament.

Lovemark posted back-to-back 66s to earn his spot up top while Adam Scott posted the round of the day with a 7-under 64 to sit alone in third place at 9 under.

Dustin Johnson, who sits in first place in the FedEx Cup standings, is in a tie with Bryson DeChambeau in fourth place at 8 under. Johnson has shot back-to-back 67s and with shots like this one on the fifth hole, where he hit the flag stick, it’s easy to see why.

Other notable golfers on the course include Tommy Fleetwood who sits at 7 under after a 3-under 68 and Phil Mickelson who is at 6 under after also shooting 68.

Tiger Woods finished right at the cut line at even par after shooting a 71 and bogeying the 18th.
