Boss Maurico Pochettino doesn't seem to bothered, though.

He said after the 2-1 win at Newcastle: "He is in his best form whether he scores or doesn't score.

"He worked a lot for the team and I'm sure that he's going to score. But he can't score three goals in every game."

Fulham began their return to the Premier League with a 2-0 home defeat by Crystal Palace.

Jean Michael Seri was Fulham's outstanding performer against Palace.

SunSport columnist and Match of the Day pundit Ian Wright said: "Fulham started really well. They closed down Wilfried Zaha and didn't give him much space.

"But the opportunities they had were few and far between.

"They've got to get the ball into Aleksandar Mitrovic quicker. They're going to have to play a lot quicker or get the ball into him quicker."

Tottenham will probably be unchanged. Jan Vertonghen was voted your man of the match at Newcastle, narrowly ahead of their other scorer – Dele Alli – and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

But Son Heung-Min could well come into consideration if Pochettino ups his attacking attentions as the home side.
