Who is Natalie Gulbis?

Natalie Gulbis was born in Sacramento, California in 1983.

She started taking an interest in golf at the age of four and won her first tournament at seven.

By the time she was ten years old, Gulbis was breaking par.

Gulbis left college ton turn professional in 2001 and was soon courting controversy as she became a golfing sex symbol.

In late 2004 she released a calendar which for the US Women's Open, but it was banned from being sold at the event after being deemed inappropriate.

Gulbis has Latvian ancestry and is a big supporter of Donald Trump, having spoken in favour of the future US President at the 2016 Republican National Convention.

There was speculation that she would run for the open 3rd congressional district of Nevada as a Republican in 2018, but she ultimately decided against it.

What has Natalie Gulbis won?

Gulbis has one LPGA tour win – the 2007 Evian Masters.

She also helped the US to Solheim Cup wins in 2005, 2007 and 2009.
